Refund policy

Roof & Ratio sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content, all sales are generally final and non-returnable once the download or access link has been delivered.

If you purchased the same product more than once by mistake, did not receive access, or received a file that is corrupted or cannot be opened, contact support@roofandratio.com within 7 days of purchase. We will first help restore access or provide a replacement file. If we cannot resolve the problem, or a duplicate charge is verified, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
