Meet Marchelle
Marchelle is the founder of Roof & Ratio and brings more than two decades of hands-on real estate experience to the brand.
Her background includes work as a licensed REALTOR®, real estate investor, property manager, and owner/operator of real estate businesses, with experience across Texas and Florida. Over the years, she has worked with buyers and sellers, evaluated investment properties, renovated homes, managed rentals, and made the kinds of property decisions Roof & Ratio tools are built to simplify.
Roof & Ratio grew from a simple idea: the right tool can make a complicated real estate decision much easier. Instead of relying on scattered notes, confusing spreadsheets, or generic formulas, Marchelle wanted practical resources that help people see the numbers, understand the tradeoffs, and decide what to do next.
Why Roof & Ratio
The goal is not to replace lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, appraisers, CPAs, or other licensed professionals. The goal is to help people become better prepared before those conversations — with clearer questions, better-organized numbers, and a more structured decision process.
Roof & Ratio will continue expanding beyond investor tools into contractor, remodeler, homeowner, landlord, property-management, agent, buying, selling, and relocation resources.
