Marchelle Cook is a REALTOR®, real estate investor, and property manager with more than two decades of hands-on real estate experience. Her work includes helping buyers and sellers, evaluating investment properties, renovating homes, and managing rentals, with experience in Texas and Florida.
She created Roof & Ratio to turn familiar property questions into practical calculators, planners, checklists, and guides. The focus is on organizing the numbers and decisions people face before buying, owning, improving, managing, or selling a property.
