Roof & Ratio sells downloadable digital products and does not ship physical merchandise. After payment, customers receive electronic access to the purchased files.

Purchasing a product grants the customer a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for their own personal or business purposes. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for resale, sublicense, or make the files publicly available.

Roof & Ratio’s calculators, worksheets, guides, and educational materials provide general informational and organizational assistance. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, appraisal, construction, engineering, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions with appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.
