Shipping policy

All Roof & Ratio products are digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping fee applies.

After payment is completed, download instructions or an access link are provided electronically through the order-confirmation page and/or the email address used at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate, although email or payment-processing delays can occasionally occur.

If you do not receive your download, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct. Then contact support@roofandratio.com with your order number so we can restore access.

Save both policies. After that, the remaining work is connecting Google Analytics and revalidating the Google product-data warnings. Do not add ratings or reviews to Google until genuine customer reviews exist.
